dc.description.abstract | We present an algorithm for the addition of artistic mattes to digital images for the purpose of enhancing the sense of depth in the image. We provide examples exploring color and double mattes as well as report the results from a perception study which may indicate an increase in perceived depth in matted imagery. | en_US |
